When we sell something we put as much of your dollar into the product as possible. No massive staff (2) or expensive marketing campaigns, we do it all ourselves

To avoid potential returns, we provide as much information as possible about our products. If you have additional questions, we are at your disposal (info@hardwired.equipment)

Although we make exceptions, our terms are as follows:

• Returns and exchanges are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please contact info@hardwired.equipment regarding any returns or exchanges.

• Hardwired Equipment reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.

• Hardwired Equipment will not accept any items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

If your product fails under normal wear and tear, we will repair or replace it.
